Historical Romance in Development

Suspense has never been so sexy as it is in a historical romance. My novels are typically set in Regency Era England, and I do a lot of research to make sure that the timelines in my novels provide real historical references that put my story in perspective. See below for information on my novels in progress.

A card shark who poses as a man, Griselda Stancliffe is on a mission: Win enough money to buy her independence. Only, Lord Brooke always seems to be in the worst possible place at the worst possible time, and having discovered her intent, he is determined to thwart her in her plans—by luring her to participate in a completely different kind of unladylike conduct.

Lady Bree Taft embodies the indomitable spirit of American freedom and independence. Lord Christian Cavendish, the Duke of Devonshire, embodies the corrupt, lazy, selfish, scandalous, and incorrigible lifestyle of the darker side of the ton—or does he? When the two meet, sparks fly as principles clash and personal beliefs duel for dominance. Yet, circumstances force them to seek a common goal, and by working together they find that both can bend—and often in ways they never would have imagined!
